These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Salam Bed ("Salam Bed", "We", "Us", "The Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the Salam Bed platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Salam Bed is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, live dealer tables, jackpot slots, and related entertainment services to registered players. The platform is operated under an international gaming licence and all game content is supplied by certified third-party providers. Every game title on Salam Bed has a published Return to Player (RTP) rate verified by independent testing bodies.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by Salam Bed including but not limited to: Live Casino, Online Casino, Jackpot Slots, Card Games, Roulette, Baccarat, the VIP Club programme, and all bonuses and promotions. Where a specific product has additional terms — for example, a specific jackpot or tournament — those additional terms supplement (and do not replace) these general Terms.

Salam Bed reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change has been notified constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

To register and play at Salam Bed, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Salam Bed maintains a strict no-underage-gambling policy. Age verification will be conducted before your first withdrawal is processed.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment. Registering on behalf of another person, or using the platform as a representative of a commercial entity, is not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before participating.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of Salam Bed or any of its affiliated software providers.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from Salam Bed or from any other licensed gaming platform under a multi-operator exclusion scheme.

Each player may hold one account only on the Salam Bed platform. Multiple accounts — whether created knowingly or through negligence — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to that player will be suspended, and any bonus funds or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details used for deposits and withdrawals. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Account security is entirely your responsibility. You must keep your password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other person. Salam Bed staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Salam Bed support immediately via live chat.

• Accounts must be verified before the first withdrawal is processed. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued ID and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address.
• Salam Bed reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation (for example, source of funds evidence) for accounts with significant deposit or withdrawal activity.
• Accounts that remain completely inactive — no login, no deposits, no gameplay — for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly maintenance fee of Rs 500 may be applied to dormant accounts after this period, up to a maximum of the account balance. Salam Bed will notify you by mobile number before any dormancy fee is applied.

Salam Bed accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa JazzCash NayaPay SadaPay IBFT Visa Mastercard. All deposit amounts are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Salam Bed does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

The minimum deposit amount at Salam Bed is Rs 500. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed and credited to your account instantly. IBFT transfers may take up to 2 banking hours depending on your bank's processing times.

• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit is made from an account, card, or wallet not belonging to you — are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made via credit facilities (credit cards) are permitted, but Salam Bed strongly encourages players to use only funds they own and can afford to lose.
• Salam Bed reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion, including where the deposit source cannot be verified or where a player has been flagged for unusual activity.
• In the event a deposit is credited to your account in error, you are obligated to notify Salam Bed support immediately. Any funds erroneously credited remain the property of Salam Bed until the error is corrected.

The minimum withdrawal amount at Salam Bed is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the same-method rule below. Salam Bed does not deduct any platform-side fees from withdrawals — the amount you request is the amount transferred.

Standard account withdrawal processing times are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash — typically under 5 minutes; NayaPay and SadaPay — typically under 10 minutes; IBFT — within 2–6 banking hours; Visa and Mastercard — 1–3 banking days.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts, wallets, or cards registered in your own name. Same-method withdrawal applies — funds are returned via the method most recently used to deposit.
• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. If verification documents have not been submitted, your withdrawal request will be held pending submission and approval of required documents.
• Salam Bed may request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above Rs 5,00,000 in a single transaction, or where cumulative withdrawals in a 30-day period exceed Rs 20,00,000.
• Salam Bed VIP Gold tier members and above receive priority withdrawal processing. Platinum tier members typically receive transfers in under 2 minutes; Elite and Diamond tier members receive near-instant processing.
• Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw un-wagered bonus funds will result in the bonus portion being removed from the withdrawal amount.

Salam Bed offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each bonus has specific terms attached to it — wagering requirements, game eligibility, minimum odds (where applicable), validity periods, and maximum bet limits while a bonus is active. These specific terms are stated on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

• Wagering requirements represent the total amount you must wager before bonus funds (and any winnings from bonus funds) can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before withdrawal.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: Placing bets above the stated maximum per-spin or per-hand limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided, regardless of the wagering requirement status.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, card games, and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%. The exact contribution rates are listed on the bonus terms page.
• Validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not withdrawn within the validity period are automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while one is already active — where this option is made available — cancels the previously active bonus.
• Salam Bed reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes to ongoing promotions.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Salam Bed reserves the right to withhold bonuses or close accounts of players who demonstrate bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed purely to clear wagering requirements, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus hunting across multiple accounts.

All games available on Salam Bed are provided by certified third-party software providers. The rules of each game are determined by the relevant provider and are displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of the game being played.

Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the game software. Salam Bed does not have the ability to alter game outcomes after they have been determined. All RNG (Random Number Generator) games are certified as fair by independent testing laboratories, and live casino outcomes are determined by physical processes (cards, wheels, dice) in real time under multi-camera broadcast.

• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the bet placed remains valid. The outcome will be settled based on the game's completion as recorded by the game server. Where a game cannot be completed due to a technical fault on Salam Bed's servers, the bet will be refunded in full.
• Bets placed due to clearly erroneous odds, pricing errors, or software malfunctions are void. Salam Bed reserves the right to void any bet placed under such circumstances and will refund the original stake amount.
• Players may not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with Salam Bed's games. Detection of automated play will result in immediate account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed in each game. Bets outside the stated limits may be rejected by the game software.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Salam Bed platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in the actions listed in the penalty table below, up to and including permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification
• Using payment methods registered to another person
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or promotional offers through coordinated or systematic exploitation
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with games
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage
• Any form of money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial activity
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Salam Bed staff or other players via the live chat

Salam Bed provides the platform and its associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain platform availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Salam Bed shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of income, loss of business, or indirect losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Any losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform that proves to be inaccurate or incomplete
• Technical failures of third-party services, including payment providers, internet service providers, or game software providers
• Losses caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure
• Game outcomes in certified RNG or live games — all outcomes are final as determined by the game software or physical game process

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Salam Bed's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Salam Bed collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The data we collect is used for: account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is necessary for providing the services described in these Terms (for example, payment processors and identity verification providers).

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request corrections, and — subject to regulatory retention requirements — to request deletion of your data. Please contact support@salambed.com for all data-related requests.

Salam Bed takes responsible gaming seriously as a matter of company policy and ethical obligation — not just regulatory compliance. We provide a comprehensive set of tools to help players manage their gambling behaviour, all accessible directly from your account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support@salambed.com to close your account. Continued use of the Salam Bed platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Minor changes — such as formatting corrections, typo fixes, or clarifications that do not alter your rights or obligations — may be made without individual notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Formal complaints must be submitted in writing via email. Salam Bed will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full response within 5 working days. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 8 weeks, you may escalate it to our external dispute resolution provider, details of which are available on request.
