Go to the Register page, enter your full name, Pakistan mobile number (+92 format), and date of birth, then choose a username and password. Verify your mobile via the 6-digit OTP that is sent to your phone. The whole process takes under 60 seconds. Registration is completely free — there is no registration fee at any stage. Once your account is confirmed, you can deposit from Rs 500 and start playing immediately.

No. Salam Bed enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each player is permitted one account linked to their CNIC and mobile number. If duplicate accounts are detected, all related accounts are suspended and any balances are frozen pending a compliance review. If you have forgotten your login details, use the "Forgot password?" option on the Login page rather than creating a new account.

Yes. You can register, deposit, and play immediately without submitting identity documents. However, full KYC verification — your valid Pakistani CNIC plus proof of address — is required before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a regulatory requirement to prevent money laundering and protect players. Verification is completed through your Account Settings panel and usually takes under 24 hours once you have uploaded the correct documents.

If you want to close your account permanently, contact our 24/7 support team via live chat and request account closure. Before closing, withdraw any remaining PKR balance — balances in closed accounts are held securely but cannot be accessed after closure. Note that if you are concerned about problem gambling, self-exclusion via Account Settings → Responsible Gaming is a better option than account closure, as it comes with additional safeguards.

You cannot change your registered mobile number yourself through the account settings panel — this restriction exists because your mobile number is used for OTP security, so changes need to be manually verified. Deposits & Payments

Salam Bed supports all major Pakistan payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits are processed in PKR — no currency conversion. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 for all payment methods. There are no deposit fees charged by Salam Bed, though your bank or wallet provider may have their own transaction limits.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay deposits are credited to your Salam Bed balance in seconds — usually within 30 seconds of completing the transaction on your wallet. IBFT bank transfers typically take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank. Visa and Mastercard deposits are usually instant but can take up to 15 minutes in rare cases. If your deposit has not appeared after the expected time, check your payment method for confirmation and contact our live chat support with the transaction reference number.

Salam Bed applies default daily and monthly deposit limits that vary by payment method and account verification level. Once your CNIC is verified, higher deposit limits are available. You can also set your own personal deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly — through Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. These personal limits can be reduced immediately, but increasing them has a 24-hour cooling-off period. Contact our support team for specific limit details relevant to your account.

First, wait up to 5 minutes — occasional processing delays do occur. If it still has not appeared, take a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash transaction confirmation (showing the reference number, amount, and timestamp) and contact our 24/7 live chat support. Our payments team can trace the transaction and manually credit it to your balance if the payment was successfully deducted from your wallet. Do not initiate a chargeback through your wallet — contact us first, as chargebacks result in account suspension.
Withdrawals & Cashouts

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of approval in most cases. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically take 10–30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers take 1–4 banking hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals can take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. All withdrawal requests are reviewed by our payments team before processing, which adds a short manual review step. Fully verified accounts (CNIC submitted) receive priority processing.

The minimum withdrawal amount at Salam Bed is Rs 1,000 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. The minimum for IBFT bank transfers is Rs 2,500, and for Visa/Mastercard it is Rs 5,000. These minimums apply to your real-money balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must meet the applicable wagering requirements first, at which point any winnings generated from bonus funds become withdrawable real money.

The most common reasons for a withdrawal being declined are: KYC verification not completed (CNIC not submitted), withdrawal account name does not match the Salam Bed account name, active wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been met, or the withdrawal amount exceeds your verified withdrawal limit. Our payments team sends a reason for every declined withdrawal. If you receive a rejection, check your account messages or contact our live chat support for a specific explanation and the steps to resolve it.

Yes — Salam Bed's anti-money laundering policy requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. For example, if you deposited Rs 5,000 via Easypaisa, the first Rs 5,000 of any withdrawal must go back to the same Easypaisa account. Any amount above your total deposits can be withdrawn to your verified bank account. All withdrawal accounts must be registered in your own name.
Bonuses & Promotions

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit at Salam Bed are eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is credited to your account automatically when the deposit clears. The bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirements are displayed at the time of registration and on the promotions section of your account dashboard. A wagering requirement (also called rollover or playthrough) tells you how many times you need to wager the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn as real money. For example, if you receive a Rs 2,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place Rs 40,000 in total bets using that bonus before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. Your progress is tracked in real time in your account bonus dashboard. Different games may contribute differently towards wagering — slots typically count 100%, while live casino games may count at a lower rate.

Yes. All Salam Bed bonuses have an expiry date by which the wagering requirements must be met. The expiry period varies by bonus type and is clearly stated in the individual bonus terms before you claim it. If a bonus expires before its wagering requirement is met, the remaining bonus funds and any associated winnings are removed from your account. Your real-money balance is never affected by a bonus expiry. Check your active bonus status regularly in your account dashboard.

Yes. Some players prefer to play without bonus restrictions. You can opt out of bonuses by contacting our support team before making a deposit. Once a bonus has been credited and you have placed any bets using it, it cannot be declined retroactively. If you want to opt out permanently, our support team can note this on your account so that future promotional bonuses are not automatically applied. You will still be able to claim bonuses manually if you change your mind later.

VIP points on Salam Bed are reviewed on a rolling 90-day basis. Points that were earned more than 90 days ago and have not contributed to a tier advancement may be reset. To maintain your current tier, you need to continue playing at a pace consistent with your tier level. If your activity drops significantly, a tier demotion may occur at the next review. Account Security

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" below the password field. Enter your registered +92 mobile number and an OTP will be sent within 60 seconds. Enter the OTP on the reset page and set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact our 24/7 live chat support for manual identity verification and account recovery. For security, Salam Bed cannot reset passwords without verifying identity.

Our security team can temporarily lock your account within minutes to prevent further access while the issue is investigated. Change your password as soon as you regain secure access to your account. Enable "Remember me" only on your own personal device, and ensure your registered mobile number is current so that OTP security alerts reach you promptly.

Salam Bed uses OTP-based mobile verification as a built-in security layer. Any login attempt from an unrecognised device or location triggers an automatic OTP challenge to your registered mobile number before access is granted. Responsible Gaming

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming and select "Self-Exclusion". Choose your exclusion period: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. The exclusion takes effect immediately — your account is locked, and all marketing communications are stopped for the duration of the exclusion. Timed exclusions require a 7-day cooling-off period after the exclusion ends before reactivation. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances. Yes — this is one of the most useful tools in your account. In Account Settings → Responsible Gaming, you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit and a daily, weekly, or monthly loss limit. Limits can be reduced instantly — the change takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit has a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect, which is deliberately designed to prevent impulsive increases during or after a losing session. We recommend setting both a deposit limit and a loss limit before your very first session on Salam Bed.

"Take a Break" is a short-term account pause of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During a break you cannot log in, deposit, or play, and marketing is paused. It is suitable if you feel you need a short rest from gambling but are not ready for a longer exclusion. Self-exclusion is a longer, more serious commitment — 1 month to permanent — intended for players who need a sustained break to address problem gambling.
